The Sea Scout Internet Service wants to hear from any copyright owners who are not properly identified on this website so that we may make the appropriate corrections. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please send reports alleging copyright infringements on the European Sea Scouting website to Bruce Chr. Johnson. You may send any such allegations to him by e-mail to commodore@seascout.org or to his attention at 6148 Llanfair Drive, Columbia, MD 21044 USA.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires you to provide specific information in writing (either e-mail or paper letter) and must include the following:

  1. a physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the infringed material;
  3. information sufficient to locate the material;
  4. your complete contact information, e.g. address, telephone number, e-mail address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that this use is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
